Session Prices

Taking the first step towards counselling can feel huge — and sometimes a little daunting. I want you to feel comfortable, informed, and supported from the very beginning.

 

My fees are shared here so you can see exactly what to expect, but if you have any questions or concerns, we can talk them through together.

 

​​​Face to Face Counselling at The Rutland Therapy Centre - £60 per 50-minute session

 

Online Counselling (Zoom or phone) – £55 per 50-minute session

​​Payment

 

You can pay by bank transfer, cash, or card — whichever feels easiest.

For online sessions, payment is kindly made in advance so your time is reserved just for you.​

 

 

Cancellations

 

I completely understand that life doesn’t always go to plan. If you need to cancel or reschedule, just let me know with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Where possible, I’ll do my best to find you another time that week. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may still need to be charged at the full rate.​

To help you feel at ease, I offer a free 15-minute phone or video chat before starting regular sessions. This is simply a chance for us to meet, talk about what’s on your mind, and see if working together feels right for you — with no pressure or obligation.
