Neurodiversity-Affirming
Counselling
Everyone experiences the world in their own unique way. Neurodiversity-affirming counselling recognises and respects these differences—whether you're autistic, have ADHD, dyslexia, or simply feel out of step with how others think or process.
In this space, there's no expectation to mask, fit in, or explain yourself in ways that feel exhausting. You don’t need to change who you are to be accepted. Together, we’ll work in a way that feels right for you—whether that means using plain language, working at a slower pace, welcoming movement or stimming, or just creating a calm space where you can be fully yourself.
This approach is about understanding your experience, not pathologising it. Whether you're exploring your identity, feeling overwhelmed, or navigating the stress of a neurotypical world, you’ll be met with empathy, flexibility, and respect.
